Kefta
This is a recipe from Allan's Childhood memories
Ingredients:

2 pounds ground lamb (or mixed with beef equally)
1 finely chopped onion
1 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp sumac (optional)
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
1 Tablespoon fresh mint minced
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice (optional)
1 tsp salt
ground pepper to taste

Preheat the oven or Grill to 425 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients into a bowl.
Cut mixture into 8 equal pieces.
Form into burger or around a skewer for kebabs
Cook for 15-18 minutes or until cooked through.

These freeze well and can go straight to the grill for 8 min each side.
