Chocolate Fondue
Ingredients:
2 cups Semi-sweet Chocolate chips
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. Kahlúa
Instructions:
In a large microwave-safe bowl or measuring cup combine chocolate chips and evaporated milk. Microwave on Medium for 1 min. stir well. Microwave on Medium for 15 seconds. Stir. If necessary, microwave in 10-second intervals until melted and smooth. Stir in Kahlúa. Transfer immediately to dess3ert fondue pot over candle flame.
Spear a piece of fruit or ladyfinger with fondue fork and dip in fondue. (or dip shortbread cookies by hand).
Serve with: Pineapple chunks, cantaloupe cubes, strawberries, mango slices, banana slices, blueberries, kiwi slices, shortbread cookies, ladyfingers.
Notes:
In place of liqueur you can use 1 tsp vanilla.
Cut fruit ahead of time or buy a precut tray from the supermarket.
