Peach Rhubarb Crumble
Filling:
1 (20-oz.) bag frozen peaches, thawed
2 (16-oz.) packages frozen sliced rhubarb, thawed
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
pinch nutmeg (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°
Mix ingredients and Pour mixture into a 11- x-7-inch greased baking dish
Crumble Topping:
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. butter (stick)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
Place ingredients into a bowl, then cut together with a pastry cutter until crumble mix is crumbly.
Sprinkle mixture evenly over fruit filling
Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly.
